We had a great time here and will definitely go back there again. the whole place was fairly clean with glorious views. Great location directly in the center. the staff was welcoming and pleasant. the hotel was close to the river and a short distance from the bridge. Our experience at Hotel Aurora in Merano was fantastic.

The hotel had a very central location and it was a super close walk to Jewish Museum and Synagogue.
Shame the bathroom was very small.

We met really kind and welcoming employees.
Perfect accommodation, the breakfast was fantastic, amazing location by the river. Our room was fashionable and reasonably spacious, had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Location: the hotel was just next door to the centre of town and Meran, on the prommenade, close to shopping, and transportation. A signature restaurant was an advantage. It was a really great experience.

The staff here are lovely and we really enjoyed interacting with them, plus the rooms have a cool and spacious 60s vibe.

Great location, reception staff, clean, breakfast
The hotel is quite old with the rooms being 'updated', however this is not a four star hotel and is a 3 star hotel and therefore is extremely expensive. When compared to the Hotel Laurin in Bolzano (4 stars and 15 euro a night less expensive) this hotel is lacking in every way.

It was written that room is non smoking, but smell was like people permanantly smoking there. The same at the halls of the hotel. Breakfast was poor.

The location
The beds are like laying on a concrete slab. The food in the restaurant was poor ans expensive, the internet did not work, low signal all the stay. Requested a handicap room but did not get one

The service was very good. the breakfast was excellent. there was a lot of choice. only the coffee wasn' t up to standard. The location was great and very near to the old town as well as the Therme Meran. We would go there any time again.

Comfortable rooms; nice and helpful staff;
Noise of the elevator which could be heard all night

Poor score is due to it being a modern room, but the rest of the hotel internally is still in the 1970's in terms of decor. Parking was also a walk and was extra
